Modern Australian architecture at it’s finest. The home incapsulates the unique Melburnian façade style with a unique blend of render, timber cladding and a bluestone blade wall. Warm and inviting the porch presents as an introduction to the homes features with multi-transom windows allowing light to fill the entry way and a transition into the natural elements that are incorporated into the design.

The block presented some challenges with the natural slope being over 2m, so our designers split the ground floor over three levels to gradually step down the house and creating a 3.45m ceiling height to the rear living zone, adding an additional feature.

The completed home includes Master bedroom to the ground floor, 3 large bedrooms upstairs, Formal living, study, rumpus, storage room, alfresco, open family/dining zone, kitchen, butler’s with walk in pantry and a triple car garage. Other incorporated features include three voids, bluestone clad fireplace that extends to 6.45m in height, picture windows and multi-transom windows, custom lighting layout with feature pendants, built in shelving, robe fit-outs and custom cabinetry.

The design was originally based from our Pavillion template, which our specialist consultants modified to suit the client’s specific requirements, creating a truly one of a kind home.
