The Stonehaven’s core design is centered on space and light. With the open voids and spacious living areas this contemporary home is the architectural apotheosis of Hallbury Homes. The Grand entry is another signature of Hallbury Homes. The feature wall transitions from external to internal and is highlighted with a floor to ceiling LED strip light. The staircase welcomes you as you enter, and is open to a double height void area that creates the effect of grandeur. The feature window that wraps around the side of the home is an impressive feature. Through the window it appears as if the first floor is floating above the room below.

This kitchen is loaded with the works. Mitered edge stone creates a seamless line between the benchtop and cabinetry. We have added all the latest appliances from Smeg including the new 100cm Linear Cooktop. The back bench features floating cabinetry to both the overhead and underbench cabinetry.

We like to push the boundaries with our kitchens and with the Stonehaven we wanted to try something new. We added a feature with Polished Concrete to the ceiling and walls, introducing a new element that ties in with the feature blade wall at the front of the home.

Focusing on thick to thin transitions creates a sharp looking island bench that is a centrepiece for the Living and Dining area. As a showcase of our design skills and craftsmanship we integrated a void area into a dropped ceiling that wraps around and into the Kitchen area.

At Hallbury Homes we do not have “Standard Facades”. Instead we design each customers façade, making each home unique. On display in Cranbourne North is our interpretation of a Modern Façade, it would have to be one of the strongest and most prominent facades we have done to date.

The transom windows are a design point that brings a commercial element into a domestic building, our clients like this as it’s different to what most builders do with design. The Stonehaven is one of most popular designs and our customers love the architectural elements in the home, which is the Hallbury Homes standard.

On a separate note Hallbury Homes now offers the new Tesla Powerwall 2, a 5.4kW Bradford Solar system and a battery back up at no extra charge.
