This modern custom home was another design and construct project by the team at Ramsay Builders. These clients engaged our services to create a stylish and sophisticated family home, which achieved a balance between luxury and functionality.
The home comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have ensuites, a powder room and separate bathroom. All bathrooms have floor to ceiling tiling, creating a luxurious feel.
The family love to entertain, so this was a key feature to the design: a well appointed kitchen with European appliances and butlers pantry; the living area opens onto the alfresco and a billiards room. The ground floor has European Oak through out and a gas log fireplace keeps the home cozy in winter.
