This four-bedroom, three-bathroom home was built as an investment property on a very narrow block. The original plans presented by the client didn’t quite comply with all building regulations, so we collaborated with their architect to modify the plans to suit these requirements.

The end result features three living areas, two car spaces and a beautiful courtyard, perfect for low-maintenance living.
